You'll find the airport pickup process rather confusing, with multiple transport options leading to potential mix-ups. Accessing the grounds from the beach isn't an option, requiring a lengthy trek from the main street. While the massage was solid, the spa lacked air conditioning, drawing in quite a few mosquitoes during the late afternoon. Additionally, the TV setup in the villa feels outdated, lacking smart capabilities, and the limited dining hours make late meals a challenge.

The massage was outstanding, easily one of the best I've ever experienced, and the food at Prana Restaurant was fresh and flavorful, particularly the homemade muffins at breakfast. However, I faced some inconveniences. The path from my villa had a considerable number of mosquitoes in the evening. I also found it surprising that only organic wine was served and no beer was available. Additionally, the limited dining hours made it hard to find something to eat later in the evening. Despite these issues, the tranquil surroundings made my stay enjoyable overall.

Staying in the pool villa was breathtaking, very private, and we experienced the extraordinary customer service. We also indulged in the amazing Hawaiian Kahuna Couples Massage and the Cleopatra Milk Bath. it was a perfect treat.
